30 Day Trial Period
How can I use my 30-day trial period?
You have the right to cancel (part of) your order without giving any reason, within 30 days from the day after receipt (this is the cooling off period). After you have reported the return to us, you have 14 days to return the product to Mizzo.com. Depending on the condition in which the product is received by Mizzo.com, you will receive the full purchase price including shipping costs of the outward shipment or a percentage thereof. The actual delivery date applies as the delivery date, even if the product is installed later.
Reimbursement of the purchase price, including the shipping costs of the outbound shipment, will take place as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after registration for return. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise: in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. If you keep part of your order, you will not be reimbursed the shipping costs. The costs for returning are for our account, if you return your package by means of the return method indicated by us on the online return form. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
If you wish to return a product, we would like to ask you to contact Mizzo.com via the online return form.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Any damage, which occurs during the return to Mizzo.com, is the responsibility and account of you as a customer.
PLEASE NOTE: We would like to ask you if you want to return a product, to let us know in advance. This speeds up a quick settlement. We would appreciate it if you return the packages to us insured.
Return Policy (for full refund):
· the product must be complete and in its original condition;
· the product must be clean as received by the customer;
· the product must not be damaged;
· supplied mounting material must, if reasonably possible, be packed in the original;
· the product must be provided with the original manuals and accessories supplied;
· the product must, if reasonably possible, be provided with the original packaging, which may have been opened;
· Returns do not apply to custom-made products.
